  On Thursday, August 7, 2025 from 4:30 to 6:00 p.m. (during the Farmers’ Market), the City’s
  Parks Advisory Committee will be celebrating the completion of the renovation of the
  Springs Park Playground. The celebration is being held at the playground, and funded by
  the City’s T-Mobile Hometown Grant, and a Thrivent Action Teams contribution. There will
  be a ribbon cutting, fun activities, drinks, and a special treat. And, it will be a great time to
  play on the new equipment! Children of all ages are invited. The playground is located at
  105 W. Hampton.
